Made frittata using up some leftover stuff from the fridge. This one has peppers, courgette, red onion, tomato, chilli, frozen peas, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, fennel seeds, parmesan and cheddar.
I start by frying everything until soft... apart from the tomatoes and peas they go in for a couple of minutes after. Add eggs and cheeses and pop it in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
So much time on my hands I even got to make a cheesy video for your enjoyment. xx
