Get your hands on Ben & Jerry’s vegan ice cream burger

Available all World Vegan Month at Ben & Jerry's scoop shops across Europe

Ben & Jerry’s has teamed up with vegan food collective BOSH to create a frankly delicious looking, limited-edition, vegan ice cream burger.

The ice cream burger is available at all Ben & Jerry’s European scoop shops throughout November, for World Vegan Month.

The ‘I’m BOSH-ible’ ice cream burger is a soft vegan brioche roll, topped with Speculoos spread, Ben & Jerry’s vegan ice cream, and caramel sauce.

It’s not just the ice cream burger available, there’s a whole non-dairy menu including a Toffee Apple Crunch Sundae and Campfire Snuggle Hot Chocolate.

“We’ve loved being let loose in the kitchen with Ben & Jerry’s vegan range. We hope fans will love this menu inspired by some of our favourite American recipes,” says Henry Firth and Ian Theasby from BOSH. “We think our show-stopping burger, super stacked sundae and cosy hot chocolate will be the perfect way to sweep away those autumn leaves.”

Zara Hall, Ben & Jerry’s scoop shop guru adds: “We knew this World Vegan Month we wanted to give vegan fans a reason to celebrate, so now the leaves have changed, our scoop shop vegan menu has too. And who better to take on the challenge than the BOSH guys. Bringing together their flavour-first, creative spark with a little peace, love and ice cream turned out to be a match made in plant-powered dessert heaven.”

Would you try the 'I'm BOSH-ible' vegan ice cream burger?

    • Really? I think it looks yum. Mainly because of the huge amount of Speculoos spread in there...
