Quite often I have a few bottles made by my friends in South Moravia. They are not for sale in shops, they are small producers, but some of them in some years are heaven caught in a glass.
That’s awesome! I’d love to try some... I’ve had Slovakian wine before, but never Czech. I love some of those lesser known regions like Moldova, Georgia, and all those countries Americans can’t find on a map. Lol
In Chile you can buy boxed wine. It was my father's choice for the family events :D. After remembering my father's wine choices, I would like to do a blind taste box vs bottled, if such experiment could be done. As a sommelier, what is your take on boxed wine?
If you're looking for a buzz on a budget, nothing wrong with drinking box wine. But if you're craving some wine for your meal, even a cheap screw cap bottle is better. Bag-in-a-box wine oxidizes very quickly, even unopened on the shelf, and...

Barefoot rose on the cheap or Argentine malbec to impress
I always have a few rosés in stock for company. I'm a big fan of Zuccardi and Catena Malbec, as far as readily available brands go. With some charcuterie, my guests have nothing to complain about. lol
I usually pick wine with an interesting name, such as Arrogant Frog which was from France and Punch in the Face which was from Australia
I’ve had Arrogant frog before! But not a Punch in the Face. Lol.
