Gnocchi and creamy pesto recipe
A creamy basil Gnocchi which hardly uses any ingredients
Have a look at my Gnocchi recipe... this creamy pesto goes perfectly with it!
- 500g cooked Gnocchi
- 60ml basil and cashew nut pesto
- 200ml cream
- 2g basil
- 10g parmesan cheese
- 2ml lemon juice
- Heat the cream on low and stir in the pesto – don't over heat.
- Add the hot cooked Gnocchi and toss well season. Add the lemon juice.
- Place in bowl or on a plate and serve garnish with basil and parmesan
