Gnocchi Pesto

The perfect pesto for your gnocchi!

Ingredients

  • 500g cooked Gnocchi
  • 60ml basil and cashew nut pesto
  • 200ml cream
  • 2g basil
  • 10g parmesan cheese
  • 2ml lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream on low and stir in the pesto – don't over heat.
  2. Add the hot cooked Gnocchi and toss well season. Add the lemon juice.
  3. Place in bowl or on a plate and serve garnish with basil and parmesan
