I sliced a chicken breast in half to make it thinner and then scored the meat to shorten the fibers to make it a tender bite. I don't know about you but when I take a bite out of a chicken sandwich, I really don't like when a hunk tears out. Anyways, coated in some olive oil and some of my creole seasoning, on to the grill it goes. In just a few minutes dinner is nearly done, I just had to top my bun. I had some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, sweet onion, and jalapenos. Very tasty sandwich indeed.
