Grilled chicken sandwich with garlic peri-peri sauce

I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. This grilled chicken sandwich was amazing and hit that satisfying mark right on the head. I used boneless skinless thighs that I trimmed up and tossed on the grill. Once I gotten some nice grill marks I coated it in some garlic peri-peri sauce. I toasted my bun and added some of the sauce to both sides along with some shredded lettuce. Very nice! I will definitely make again. Nice hint of garlic, slight warmth and it has such a pop of flavor. I wish you all a happy and safe week to come.
