Had a crack at making yiros/souvlaki/kebabs/gyro/whatever you call them where you are the way I’d normally order it – combination lamb and chicken, tabouli, garlic sauce, and cheese.

    • Fries I did have with it, but I got them from the local takeaway so they didn't fit the home cooked brief! Hot sauce I did have as well but just forgot to mention. And as for the lettuce, I never normally order mine with lettuce but just tabouli...

  • Looks good, Patrick. When I land in Athens on a Greek holiday it's not the Parthenon I'll be after, immediately - it'll be the nearest street stall selling souvlaki.
