Had these two very unique wood oven pizzas for dinner earlier from a place here in the Adelaide Hills.

On the left: pumpkin purée, mozzarella, feta, spiced seeds, and parsley.

On the right: three types of mushroom, confit garlic, organic blue cheese, mozzarella, sage leaves, and truffle salt.

  • I generally hate the whole concept of vegetarian pizzas (a pizza without pepperoni is a wasted opportunity) but I'm really curious. How were they?
