I​ fanced a light lunch and ended up making this, classic 70's British pub grub. Ah the good old days.

  • Looks too extra for pub grub. Should be on a stained white plate. The egg should be fried and crisp at the edges. The gammon an inch thick and the chips piping hot and pure golden thick cut wedges of chippy potato and oh my word I’m turning into my Grandad moaning when gammon and chips isn’t to my liking...
