This is such a simple recipe that I am almost ashamed to post it.
I'm not kidding when I say it takes five minutes to prepare: it's quick and easy.
Puff pastry, cooked ham, Provola or another tasty pasta filata cheese, olive oil.
Roll out the dough on the baking sheet. Evenly cover it with ham. Be careful to leave a couple of centimetres free on the edges.
I removed the ham fat part of the ham because I don't like it.
Charlotte is always keeps me company while I cook. I can't imagine why...
Give a piece of ham fat to your dog. He will surely be begging next to your feet. Then wash your hands.
Add the cheese. You can cut it into thin slices or grate it with a large hole grater. It's the same.
Roll up the puff pastry and close it carefully. Helped yourself with the handle of a knife if needed. A little cheese will melt and come out the same, but you try to do it well.
Sprinkle and brush a little oil on the surface. In this way, the pasta will colour better.
Watch the cooking instructions for the puff pastry. I cook it for 30 minutes at 200 degrees centigrade.
Cold is good. Hot is scalding. Lukewarm is ideal.
