To help my wife celebrate Hanukkah, I gave her presents for eight nights, and on one of those nights we ate this simple dinner. Potato latke and fresh bagels topped with scallion cream cheese and smoked salmon. But my wife discovered something really, really good during this meal! She mixed all of the stuff that fell off her everything-bagel with the sour cream for our latkes, and that made the latkes EVEN BETTER!
