Hello BBQTribe! [Video] Here we are watching my father in law make Armenian barbeque on my birthday AKA "Khorovatz" over a "Mangal", a special Armenian charcoal grill. There are no grill plates used, the meat is placed on steel skewers AKA "shampur" over an open flame. Beef and chicken - it turned out mouthwateringly delicious! 🍽️🍖🍗
