Hello viewers... it’s raining in Santiago, so today I’ve made classic Chilean Casuela de Pollo (Chicken Stew), Empanadas de Queso (Cheese Pastries), and Pebre (Spicy Tomato Salsa). Serve with a nice Chardonnay... or two.
