It´s not the classic ice cream recipe but it´s so fluffy and tasty!
Fluffy ice cream
Mealdessert
Ingredients
- 0,5 l of whipping cream (33 % and more)
- 1 can of condensed milk
- flavouring based on your mood - 1/2 vanilla pod, 100 g chocolate, strawberries...
Instructions
- Whip the whipping cream
- Whip the condensed milk a little and fold it slowly into the whipped cream
- Add flavouring. I stir graved dark chocolate.
- Put it into freezer for at least 4 hours.
