Homemade beef gyros!

Ahh where do I start. We still had some leftover shaved steak from when we had the cheesesteak sub. So I bought some pitas, lettuce, onion and I made some homemade tzatziki sauce. These were so good, I usually prefer to make them with deer or lamb but I had some beef to use up and they were not disappointing. You must have a good tzatziki sauce, it makes the gyro. My tzatziki is pretty darn good.
