The first and last time I tried a cookie recipe, it didn't go very well. The result was burnt and not very delicious raisin cookies. It was about 5 years ago. Since then a lot has changed; I've got better gadgets and more knowledge and I have become a bit more skilled! So my first cookie after 5 years is very chocolatey and as how the name suggests, it melts in the mouth!
