Homemade Jalapeno Poppers

A woman at work gave me a bunch of fresh jalapenos, what better way to eat them than to make some poppers. This was 7 jalapenos cut in half. I cooked up 1/2 lb of sweet Italian sausage put it into a bowl with a block of cream cheese, handful of shredded cheddar, a good dose of my creole seasoning. Mix this well, stuff the peppers and bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. So good!
