Hot sunny days are perfect for drying fruits and of course lavashaks! These days in Iranian households you can see lavashaks drying everywhere from balconies to yards and even on the roofs!
You can make lavashak out of various fruits; like plums, apples, pomegranates, peaches, watermelons, even kiwis, mangos or pineapples! Today I made some flat peach and apple lavashak, which is sweet and great to store these flavours for winter!

Plums one time and wine grapes second (it was worser 😁). I didn't have enough time to process everything right, mea culpa
