Honestly so so pleased with how this turned out! I was inspired to make a Jaffa cake cheesecake for Jesse Billington’s contest. Orange cheesecake with Jaffa cake crust (or as close as we can get to Jaffa cakes in the US) topped with orange marmalade and dark chocolate shavings! 🍊🍫
