The new combo condiment comes hot on the heels of Kranch and Mayocue

In a brand spanking new addition to the roster of flavor combos, Heinz have unveiled… HoneyRacha.

A clever mix of honey and sriracha, it’s the sauce mashup we didn’t know we needed.

The condiment is the perfect mix of spicy and sweet, making it ideal for fries, wraps, burgers — anything you can think of, basically.

The mega food company has gone on a sauce hybrid rampage lately. In recent years we’ve seen a range of unfortunately named products, including Mayochup, Mayomust, Mayocue and Kranch.

We have to wonder if these are any more than a gimmick though, given that you could easily make your own ketchup-ranch mix, personalised to your taste. But hey, we’re not above grabbing some Mayocue for convenience.

HoneyRacha is coming to a grocery store near you in the spring.

  • Interesting... I've done mayo and BBQ sauce on my own for years on sandwiches, need to give that a try.

  • Been eating sriracha ketchup for years now. But no honey. That just doesn't sound good. As James May's mom would say, "It's a bit...unnecessary"

  • I tried the mayo thingy and it’s not bad, so I’ll give this a try if it makes it to Quebec for sure
