Hopefully I did not commit too many food crimes with my Carbonara
A little more proper(I hope)
After I read Valentina Zanola's post "How to cook carbonara without committing crimes against food". I decided I better have carbonara again because it was definitely different than what I have fixed before. Unfortunately I did still have to use bacon, I only used yolks this time and I used grated pecorino, barilla pasta was used and cooked until al dente(of course). I salted the water and I did not break the pasta. This was delicious and definitely different tasting then when I had made it before.
