I am still not sure what is all the clean movement, sometimes it seems to me that is more a marketing strategy rather than some meaningful change. I think it would be nice to see key elements/ingredients of the wine process in the label though.
It’s tough when these terms have no legal weight. They basically mean that you’ve done nothing to take away, or add to the wine. But many producer within the EU and those outside trying to make “Terroir driven wines” have never added dyes,...
