Cooking method is not as important as seasoning, breaded or not, and it should never be dry. Dry chicken sucks.
Yes! There's not enough barbecue sauce in the world for dry chicken.
I love it every way and I also wrap in in a foil parcel and put in the oven so it steams itself... so moist
