As long as I can sense the taste of the food, it's ok. Many years ago I went to Sri Lanka on vacation. At the hotel they would frequently organize a "Sri Lanka buffet" and since I'm curious, I usually tried to sample everything. Some of the stuff was so incredibly hot that all other flavours were drowned out by it. So this would be my personal limit.
In my teenage years I once tried to impress my schoolmates by eating a dried Hungarian red bell pepper, which my stepfather brought home from a business trip to Budapest. That went horribly wrong 🤣

Error!
I never did it again 😁
In general mild 🌶️. It depends on the food, I can handle more 🌶️🌶️🌶️ in szechuan dishes; I like the numbing feeling of the green peppercorns.
oh blimey! I can only really handle mild. Any spice at all and I tend to have to drown it out with rice!
I usually don't go for spicy 🌶️ dishes but green Szechuan peppercorns are a bit addictive. I am suffering while eating but I can't stop 😆.
I like different levels of heat - just depends on the food
X-hot! Especially Thai!
Blimey!
