How to cook off road – in serious style
I was jealous of the compact and efficient setups!
My wife and I attended another Skottles & Bottles; a monthly overlanding gathering in Atlanta, GA at the Sweetwater 420 Brewery. People come from all around North Georgia to kick back with a cold brew and show off their trucks. The bear selection is always great, and the trucks are even cooler! This was the first time anybody has brought off-roading trailers, and they were pretty neat!

If you ever find yourself in Atlanta, GA you've gotta check out the selection at the Sweetwater 420 Brewery!

The off-road setups were really neat to take a look at, and I fell in love with a couple of camp kitchens that had a lot of features. The trailers killed it in this area, with dedicated kitchen areas that featured plenty of storage for food, cookware, and serving ware. They also featured larger fridge/freezer combos, sinks with running water, and cooktops that slid into recesses on drawer slides.
At the end of the day, everything stows away and shuts in securely for the next adventure. Other attendees showed off efficient packing skills in the rear cargo areas of SUVs where they were able to stash away all of the conveniences needed to make a gourmet meal!
Adventure rigs abound! These little off-road trailers are neat!
Everything you need to prepare good cookin' in the wild! I'm in envy!
Everything is thought out so well! Sink, cooktop, and fridge! Plenty of storage too!
A little more cramped, and you can't see them all - but all of the needed conveniences are artfully packed away here!
Sleep up top, store your kitchen in the bottom!
This was the best Skottles & Bottles yet, with a massively full parking lot, a lot of folks checking out the cool rides, and a huge selection of great beers. I can't wait for the next one!

I am wicked jealous my friend!
I must admit I have never seen a overlanding mustang before😄
I need one of these
Me too! The setup I'm working on will be much smaller.
There is nothing more enticing to another life than looking at genius 4WDing/camping set-ups. I could walk around ARB showrooms all day, dreaming of being outdoorsy and having 100K to just spend on a truly ultimate adventure rig.
Me too!!! And you guys have the best utes!
