How to make Quiche - With Meat or Cheese
Quiche using either meat: Ham, Chorizo, Salmon, Bacon, or by using just Vegetable or Cheese, Quiche is a quick and easy meal if you do it this way.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
One ready made short crust base
1/2 an Onion
Half of a pepper or a small handful of frozen mixed peppers
Salt and Pepper
Seasoning either use fresh garlic or herbs of your choice dried seasoning
1 tablespoon of oil sunflower or olive oil
2 medium eggs
3-4 tablespoon of milk
Meat, fish or vegetable of your choice
WHAT TO DO
NB: If you are using a ready-made pasty base use some aluminium foil on the base because some bases have perforations on the bottom and the egg and milk may run out.
First cut up the onion and pepper, add salt and pepper and seasoning of your choice and fry in the oil until softened, for this meal I will be using Chorizo for a spicy flavour, so I will also fry that just enough to brown and to release the juice from the Chorizo, once done turn off the gas and leave. Add the eggs and mix with the milk in a small large jug or container. Place your onions and peppers and meat onto the pasty base then pour the egg and milk mixture on top of your meat and onions.
Uncooked quiche
Once done carefully place the quiche into a 180 degree heated oven and cook for about 25 to 30 mins or until the quiche top is spongy to the touch, once done take out of the oven and leave for about 1/2 an hour and then enjoy.

Never attempted a quiche before but I'm inspired!
Very simple to make but make sure you get a ready-made pastry base
My wife makes a 3 star Michelin quiche. Absolutely Amazing. She nearly follows your recipe exactly.
