Foodtribe I love nachos! So when our friend John Battersby posted his stupid nachos I got hungry. Now I am not naming mine stupid nachos because that is Johns name, so I have no idea what to name them. I did not follow his recipe, I done these my way.
The start to greatness.
I started with some corn chip scoops and some Takis Fuego for a little bite. I topped those with shredded pepper jack cheese and Mexican blend cheese.
I could have stopped here.
Then come a heavy layer of American wagyu seasoned with spicy taco seasoning. Next comes the layer of black beans.
this does look nice.
Then I added some spicy salsa and some homemade pico de gallo. These are starting to look great you all.
The final product.
I topped all of that with some Mexican sour cream. Now for the best part Foodtribe all of that got covered in a homemade bechamel sauce with hot pepper and Monterey jack cheese with some fresh diced jalapenos and cayenne. As you see I added some regular sour cream and guacamole on the side. I could not help but give it one more dusting of cayenne.
These nachos were the best nachos I have ever had. It was hard to stop eating them. Ultimately I had to tap out. Unlike my friend John I could not finish mine.
Now before you ask, I was not watching the Super Bowl I could care less about that. I was watching AHS 1984. Now my food coma starts. If you all have some creative names for my nachos tell me in the comments. I do challenge you all to make some nachos as well and post it. You can blame John or me. I hope you all had a great weekend! I love you Foodtribe!
