I got to be on a Podcast

I never used to listen to Podcasts or watch Talk Shows. That was until I had discovered our very own Doug F's as of yet unnamed Podcast. That Show was awesome, and it was a bit of both. I actually watched pretty much every Episode.

After a while, I kinda wanted to be a Guest on it, but I had no clue how to ask. Luckily, it still happened after all.

One beautiful Sunday afternoon, I got to be on the Podcast. And I was not there alone. Jane Fyffe joined in as well, and it was an absolute Metric Ton of Fun. We actually it to talk about much more than just Food.

Getting to know those two incredible Human Beings was awesome. There was laughter, some ridicule and than even more laughter.

I have to admit that I never watched my own Episodes though. I always feel awkward seeing Videos of myself.

How it got started.

After the Podcas was done and Published, I kinda asked my self the Question how it all started. Doug had showed so much enthusiasm in the Show, just had to know what was behi it all. And so I just asked.

Doug told me that he thought that a Podcast would be a green Way for FoodTribers to get to know each other better. Usually, it is always just a Profile Picture and maybe a Handful of Posts, but those can only ever go so far. Talking to People is always a much better Way to know how a Person ticks and what makes them Unique. I definitely have to agree that the Format he found works very nicely for that. It is awesome.

Ever since then, the Podcast does not have a Name. And I have to agree: It is definitely hard to find a Name that actually defines the Podcast.

When you get to see the Videos, you will notice that they are kinda all over the Place. While that is awesome, it makes it almost impo to find one defining Word. The closest would probably to call it a Talk Show. Because it kinda is one.
