I made Eugenia Machado's mushroom and coconut soup.

And I will make it again.

Eleven days ago she posted this soup and it sounded so good I needed to try it. So I followed the instructions she gave on how to fix it. It is pretty straight forward and simple with room to adjust for personal taste. This is very good soup and I highly recommend it. The next time I will add a little more garlic and a bit more curry powder. Now I do not know if it is ok or not but I did add a couple shakes of cayenne and it was very nice.
