I made vegan pizza from scratch, and it was awesome

Here's how I did it...

I stared with the usual ingredients: flour, dried yeast, salt, water and olive oil.

After approximately 10 minutes or so of kneading, here's the result. Nice and smooth.

After 2 hours of proving!

Then I knocked the air out and shaped it into small balls.

After 15h in the fridge... it's time to shape them!
