I spoiled myself - Ribeye
As with Lucy - too much sauce. The croutons were from excess ciabatta, but who cares?
I hunted for pepper sauce recipes and eventually went with:
- double cream
- blue cheese (I had gorgonzola that was getting bluer every day)
- worcestershire sauce
- dash of red wine
- pestle and mortar mixed peppers
Too much food - I left some of the ciabatta.
