Mine would have to be a bold red, one flexible enough to mull in winter, yet balanced enough to stand on its own. I like a cab sav merlot blend. Or maybe a pinot noir.
I've always enjoyed a wine with a little effervescence. It would be really neat to own a "Sparkling House" that made wines in homage to the famous sparkling wines for the world. Every inspiration from Vintaged Champagne, to deeply colored fizzy Lambrusco, to minerally Austrian Sekt... Even an off-dry Prosecco or Demi-Sec Cremant de Vouvray! All I need is a few dozen million to get up and running. lol

Nice! Have you ever enjoyed any Rhône wines, or Grenache based blends?
I don't think so? Am keen to add them to my list of wines to hunt down to add to my cellar when I have money 😁😂
