- Leeks in Garlic and Shio Koji

I'm doing a couple of simple but new to me experimental dishes to go with today's Sunday dinner. The first are these leeks, sliced lengthways, marinated in Shio Koji and garlic and going to be roasted for about 20 minutes at a very high temperature.

I'd usually post after cooking but for a change I thought I'd share with you beforehand. I wonder how they will turn out.

  • I've only had leeks a couple of times...one was roasted with some other veggies in the oven and once in a root vegetable risotto and that was pretty good.
