Irish Coffee Anyone?

You cannot tell me you haven’t had this during the day, and passed it off as regular coffee. If so, that’s awesome. You rebel you. 😏

Irish coffee (Irish: caife Gaelach) is a cocktail consisting of hot coffee, Irish whiskey, and sugar, stirred, and topped with cream. The coffee is drunk through the cream. (copied from Wikipedia because I like that description. Don’t judge me lol) Also copied:

IBA specified

4 cl (2 parts) Irish whiskey

8 cl (4 parts) hot coffee

3 cl (1½ parts) fresh cream

1 tsp brown sugar

Heat the coffee, whiskey and sugar; do not boil. Pour into glass and top with cream; serve hot.

Since I love adding extra stuff, I would try this with some Cafe Patron, either with the whiskey or instead of the whiskey. Either way, lunchtime will be lit. 😂😂

Please try to not get trashed during work hours. Drunken reports and flying laptops is frowned upon in the professional world. 🤘🏾
