Is MacDonald's Food Indestructible?
Fan keeps burger and fries in cabinet for 10 years...it's still in the same condition
One fan of the fast-food chain MacDonald's stored a burger and fries in a glass cabinet for 10 whole years and unnervingly it still looks edible.
It is common heard that Macdonald's items are packed full of artificial extras and preservatives and these are what make them 'indestructible'. But what prompted this? The icelandic fan, Hjortur Smarason, decided to act when the chain declared it was closing all three of their restaurants in Iceland, buying the last burger and fries they had to offer as a keep-sake.
"I had heard that McDonald's never decompose so I just wanted to see if it was true or not" he stated. The burger and fries ares till situated in the glass cabinet in Snotra House, a hostel based in southern Iceland.

He later claimed that it "makes you think about what you are eating"..."There is no mould and it's only the paper that looks old". So what are you thoughts? Does it pout you off the Big Name of Maccie's?
