I think my beer expired, but I still drank it all.
DISCLAIMER: I am not an expert. However, I like to pretend I am one. Who doesn't? Anyways, I once saw a forwarded video on WhatsApp and decide that it was the best way to pour beer and have been following it ever since.
I hold the glass at an angle and then start pouring the beer into it, and while pouring the beer, I straighten the glass giving the beer some head which then later settles down.
Let me know what do you think of the technique in the comments.

Okable disagrees.
Ask him to send a video then
You think he has bottles laying around at home?
most brewer masters agree that it's gotta be "foamy"
Yeah mine’s expired! 😝
Did you put lemon in?
Yes, Hoegaarden tastes quite well when you add a wedge of lemon or orange. Even the bottle recommends it.
Do not go there! Beer pouring is a whole religion with many aggressive acolytes, however, nobody does it right :D :D :D. But I use this method too because I like good foam :)
do let me know your thoughts...
Nope, def tilt the glass, add the fruit in the beginning if you want to infuse the flavor....but for pouring straight up its not too bad, certainly a lot of foam in the beginning, once i get back to work i will show you a proper tap pour! 😊
Awesome looking forward to it!
