Italian sausage sandwich

First off I want to talk about the sausage. This was from Crowd Cow and it was delicious! The grind on the meat was finer, you don't get any gristle bits and the seasoning wasn't loaded with black pepper. I'm going to have to find me some better hoagie buns because it didn't hold up well to this sandwich either. Anyways, I sautéed up some onion and red bell peppers for the sausage. We topped it also with some tomato sauce and shredded cheese. So YUM!

  • The best Italian sausage I have ever had. Great texture. The casing was not chewy the flavor was very nice . All other Italian sausage is heavy with black pepper which I do not like
