It’s been almost 4 months now since I began my journey to make the perfect Neapolitan pizza in a home oven . During this time I learned a lot and now I believe I have finally found a method which gets me results, pretty close to a proper Neapolitan with a big fluffy crust and little leopard spots . I have to say I’m pretty happy with these results as they seem to be the closest I can get until I invest a real outdoor pizza oven. 🍕
