Its the weekend, so another attempt at pizza
Getting there, I think
Tesco ready made thin and crispy base, pre-cooked for about 8 minutes (it puffed up all over, but went down when I added the toppings).
I struggled to get the cheese to brown and despite pre-heating the stone only the edge was really crispy.
I envy peeps with proper pizza ovens!
Best effort yet.
As for the weird shape - my pizza stone is slightly wider than the rolls of ready-made dough, and I've tried bolting some offcut dough on, but it doesn't work.
