I've had a bread-crazy morning baking three different types...
-White loaf-
500g plain flour
7g yeast
1tbs olive oil
300ml warm water
Pinch of salt
Leave to prove for 2 hours
-French baguettes-
300g strong plain flour
150g strong wholemeal flour
7g yeast
275ml warm water
1tbs olive oil
-Naan-
7g yeast
500g strong plain flour
2tbs salt
1tbs olive oil
1tbs brown sugar
Leave to prove for an hour, then cut into 8 balls, flatten out and cook at (230C fan) for 5-6 minutes.
