J.Lo's personal chef reveals the two foods she won't eat

If you’re not a big fan of salmon, then you might have more in common with a certain Jenny from the Block than you originally thought.
Kelvin Fernandez, Jennifer Lopez’s chef, recently revealed a few tasty morsels about the mega star’s food preferences.
Speaking during an interview with Us Weekly, Fernandez said that J.Lo had a healthy appetite but there are a couple of foods she’s just not into.
He said, “I know Jennifer doesn’t love salmon, so if I’m cooking salmon for the [table], I always got to do a sea bass or a halibut or cod for Jennifer because she’s just not a fan of the texture and the taste of salmon.”
He continued, “So those are just things that you learn over time. I can’t remember the amount of times that I would have to ask over and over again about dietary restrictions and allergies just because you don’t want to mess up, even though you know.”
The 50-year-old singer also doesn’t like berries, but her 12-year-old twins, Emme and Max, love them. So as the house’s chef, Fernandez needs to be aware of these individual preferences.
“Sparkling water, always fruits and vegetables, like strawberries, even though Jennifer is not a big fruit person,” the culinary pro said of what’s in the J.Lo fridge.
“The kids love their fresh berries. There’s always greens like spinach, cucumber and celery to make green juice. They love starting their day with a green juice. Eggs is always the biggest one. Turkey bacon is always the biggest one.”
