Just a couple of days ago I wrote a story about a new cake ATM in Las Vegas and two days later I found this in Kiev.
You can have your soft serve either with or without toppings, and you add chocolate, strawberries, raspberries, coconut ans peanuts
20 UAH (£0.54) with no toppings or 35 (£0.96) with everything on it
