  • In the United States, Wagyu is often crossbred with Angus and is technically known as “wangus”. Although it’s often marketed as wagyu, for obvious reasons. The Angus actually has better beef flavor than the pure Wagyu, so when combined you get a nice combination of good flavor along with the great marbling from the wagyu
