Whether it be ketchup, barbecue sauce or the up-and-coming Big Mac dip there are probably millions of different ways to spice up your McDonald’s nuggets.

I’ve always wondered what McNuggets doused in gin might taste like, despite the fact that I’m one of those weirdos who likes to consume their chicken nuggets dry. Still, at least I don’t go to the extremes of peeling off all of the beautiful batter before devouring the breast within. Frankly, that’s imprisonable behaviour.

But before you think that the horrors can’t get any worse, social media has once again delivered a shock: chicken nuggets dipped in honey is the favourite of Kim Kardashian West.

Yes, that’s right. Apparently, according to everybody’s favourite “breaking the internet” star, the thick, sweet and gloopy bees’ juice is the ideal companion for McDonald’s nuggets.

I imagine that such a mixture would be sicklier than eating a thousand chocolate cakes, but then perhaps Kim is just so busy doing many important things that she has to mash her meals and desserts into one.

Or maybe it’s that the honey and fried chicken combo is the key to achieving ultimate beauty, fame and richness. Either way, I’ll be sticking to dunking my nuggets into nothing.

Next up on Cooking up with the Kardashians: fish, chips and chocolate brownie sundae.

  • this is nothing new, my kids have done this forever! when we came to the UK they were surprised that no places even had honey! every other dip imaginable, but NO HONEY! (they learned to eat them plain) and no 'honey-like sauce' gotta be the real thing! we go through bottles of the stuff at home, they will even dip turkey and sweet potato fries in the stuff, lucky for us we have a local farm that sells honey in bulk at our local co-op, we buy it there for about $4/pound :-)

    • My family eats honey as a sauce as well. It is a fantastic glaze on savory pork chops. I think my sons only preference above honey is barbecue sauce.

  • Sounds better than chicken popcorn on pizza.

  • Hasn't she gone plantbased?

    • If she has, she's a hypocrite. Something that I'm not overly surprised about

  • It's like Sweet and Sour sauce without the Sour, I suppose.

    I don't like S&S sauce though.

  • In that case it sounds like half a job to me
