Korma-Style chicken curry
Chetna Makan recipe, from her latest '30 Minutes' book
See www.youtube.com/c/FoodwithChetna/videos - this recipe isn't up there, but I do recommend the Butter Chicken one, which is.
Pretty much per recipe although I used breast, which had sat in the freezer and was due for rotation.
Be warned, while it is 'korma style' and pale (with no colouring or even any turmeric) it is quite unlike a BIR korma - it is spicier and nowhere near as sweet. Its really nice, but the name is a bit confusing if you are expecting a no-chill and loads-of-coconut vibe. The recipe as printed says '1 green chilli' and then some chilli powder - I used to small and sad looking finger chillis and kashmiri chilli powder: it was hotter than my wife would like.
Also be warned - you need white poppy seeds, and unsalted cashews.
I think the book is worth it for this and the Butter Chicken alone, I need to try more of it: www.amazon.co.uk/Chetnas-30-minute-Indian-Chetna-Makan/dp/1784727504/ref=asc_df_1784727504
