Ladies and gentleman, meet Fulana! #nameadishchallenge

Fulana loves pastries, we all know that! But what else does she like that could possibly make her steal this huge puff pastry...? Well she does loves tuna - a lot like myself! - and she is probably one of the only Foodtribers I've ever seen posting about crabs 🦀 so... Tuna & Crab pastry it is!

I always love making some filled puff pastry at home. I never really made the puff pastry itself but I always buy 2 of them and then make the most different types of fillings. I got to say this one really surprised me for how well it turned out! It only takes some crab sticks, parsley, mayo - to turn into a paste - and also 1 onion, garlic, olive oil, tuna, ketchup, cooking cream, straw chips, emmental cheese and 1 egg yolk. And of course some seasonings - I used salt, black and white pepper, oregano and some piri-piri.
