It truly is the most wonderful time of the year when Gregg's announces their Christmas Bake.

Yes as Christmas bears down on us again like a big blanket of festive fare and frivolity companies are rolling out their seasonal snacks and stuff. I've already had a try of McVities' Christmas range of biscuits; Tesco and Aldi have announced their culinary Crimbo lineups, and joining the party are Greggs.

Last year they delighted with their Festive Bake, a festive filled pastry akin to their steak bake, and it is back this year. Brimming with chicken breast pieces, sage and onion stuffing, sweetcure bacon and a creamy sage and cranberry sauce, all wrapped in their flakey, warm pastry shell topped with a smattering of breadcrumbs. It'll hit the shelves on the 22nd of November and cost £1.50.

BUT, it isn't the only festive offering from the company this year. Vegans and vegetarians rejoice as this year Greggs are offering a Quorn filled variant so y'all can enjoy the great taste of Christmas too. I shall eagerly be sat outside the doors of my local branch on the 4th waiting to get ahold of one. And you can be sure you'll get my thoughts on it in due course.
