Oi! Welcome to my home once again. :)

As some of you know, I am Brazilian. Like most Brazilians, I know how to make a mean caipirinha.

What's a caipirinha, you ask!?

Caipirinhas are a traditional Brazilian drink made with cachaça, limes, sugar, and ice... but you can also make them with a bunch of different fruits.

In today's video, I'll teach you how to make a traditional caipirinha and a passionate caipiroska.

Cheers!

  • This is so much better than the British guide for whiskey, which only states "Go north, until people start talking funny (Scottish), then ask for a drink!" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

    • Even though I wouldn't understand a single word, I could certainly spend some time listening to you speaking Portuguese 😊 What a beautiful language!

  • Once again it was a bit late yesterday and I was too sleepy to watch the whole video but now I did. Whoa, that was fun! 🀣 It also looks like a drink that I could actually prepare myself although I'm a simple-minded beer and whisky man πŸ₯ƒπŸΊ. I'm just slightly worried that it could make me want to dance samba afterwards, you certainly don't want to see me do that! 😁 Anyway, thanks so much!

    • There’s no funner samba than caipirinha samba. If you ever come to Brazil, you’ll be having tons of them - and you’ll see that no one cares about β€œhow” you dance. We just want everyone to have a good time! Cheers, Jan!

    • Let's take things slowly... How about coming over to Germany? I'd invite you to Sucos do Brasil in Duesseldorf and we would try their stuff. If it's good enough (which it probably is), samba will follow automatically ... 😁
