Lemon chicken recipe
Chicken pieces with a tangy lemon sauce. It's easier than it looks.
This is a fast and simple chicken recipe. The base ingredient list also makes for a level of ease that allows this dinner to come together in no time at all. All you need is 30 minutes. Let's cook it together!
Chicken breast - 500 gr
Flour - a bit of
Lemon juice - 100 ml (diluted with 100 ml of water)
Extra virgin olive oil
How to make it:
Cut each chicken breast in little pieces and put them in a bowl. Mix the chicken pieces with the flour.
Meanwhile, put a bit of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-low heat.
Put the pieces of chicken in the skillet and cook them in 4 or 5 minutes until golden brown.
Add the salt. Add a dash of wine and let it evaporate.
Add lemon and water.
Mix everything well from time to time. If the sauce is too thin, sprinkle some flour into the skillet.
When the sauce has thickened, the chicken is ready.
