Lindt releases a brand new Lindor flavour – double chocolate: Review
Ok, we're officially getting excited for Christmas
Is it too early? It is September, and Christmas in July is totally a thing in Australia and the food world so we're way past that. Summer is basically over (did it even appear this year?), children are back at school, and the nights are starting to draw in. Ok, we're calling it, it's totally fine to talk about Christmas.
One of our absolute favourite Christmas chocolate treats is a box (or three) of Lindor. We try to hold off demolishing them in one go, but they are really, really delicious. Naturally, when the Salted Caramel flavour hit the shelves in 2020, we were obsessed, and they're still our favourites. However, there's a new kid/ball on the block, and it means business.
Lindor Double Chocolate
Lindor Double Chocolate is officially available from today in Lindor shops and online. It's a milk chocolate truffle shell with a smooth and decadent melting filling made from the finest dark Lindt chocolate. Oh yeh. We told you Lindt meant business.
We've had a box of them to try, and we've been slowly working our way through, limiting ourselves to one a day (and one for the electrician, as he did a really good job). Honestly, we've never been more restrained. The combination of the almost caramel-chocolate shell on the outside and then the slightly unexpected darker filling is oh so good.
Cadbury Darkmilk, Montezuma's Darkside and Hotel Chocolat's dark milk chocolates have all been hugely successful, and we know this new Lindor is going to follow straight in their footsteps.
There's now more than 20 different flavours of Lindor to choose from, but all of them have that insanely delicious ganache-style filling that melts on your tongue. Ok, we're getting hungry (for chocolate, and Christmas), just thinking about it.

oh wow!!! I love Lindt’s dark chocolate range so much, this only can taste awesome! 😋
I'm still waiting (and hoping) for that coffee-flavoured Lindor to finally arrive 😢 They can do it in the form of chocolate bars already. I don't know why they wouldn't do Lindors as well.
Yummm I love Lindt😍
Oh, I know what I'm going to ask Santa for this year!
I shall start dropping HINTS
